The hotel staff is very friendly and professional! The check in/check out was easy and without any stress. We were totally delighted with the new and stylish design, as well as the breakfast - which has acceded our expectations! This hotel is a total match and I would say a wow-effect for us :)) It's my highest recommendation, because for us it was a unique experience even though it's not our first time in Vienna. Thank you very much and we will come back to you for sure :)

The tram/bus station is just in front of the property, which makes is very well connected to the city. Train station is also at walking distance. There is also a kids area available which could be a blessing for the families traveling with kids. The pizza at the restaurant was good.

Great location for peace and quite, while still close to any public transportation to travel at ease with the whole family. The rooms were big and convenient, equipt with everything that you need. Staff were very service oriented and helped with any question or request we had. What can you ask more? Will definitely come back.
